The Essex Photo Club represents over 100 years of photographic tradition with the combining of two clubs:The Montclair Camera Guild, which was founded in1950,and the West Essex Camera Club, which was founded in 1949.

On May 15, 20008, the Essex Camera Club held elections for officers.
